Personal information sourced directly from you, mainly for treatment planning and communication.   Data is securely stored.

How long we keep information

Retention period:  7 years from the date of your last treatment. This aligns with Insurance requirements, HMRC recordkeeping obligations, Professional body guidance (e.g. FHT, ThinkTree Hub).  For minors: Retain records until the client turns 25 (i.e. 7 years after reaching 18)
